The Wooden Table Effect

I left myself a note today, but more on that in a sec.
The Wooden Table Meme is a meme (or fad habit, really) that involves a wooden table to produce something.  In the original post, the submitter had found a website which was produced by a company designing a fancy flyer, printing it off, printing said flyer, photographing the flyer, scanning that , and using the scanned image in the web page.
Every ridiculous process will soon be lacking only the wooden table; then we know it's 100% broken.  Needless to say, we mention the wooden table at the sweatshop often.
So on to my note.

It was written on one of those new tablet devices, which I then encapsulated and e-mailed to myself .  It's a reminder that a murder-mystery series is available in its entirety at amc.com .  One of the guys at the sweatshop loves the series and has been raving about it all week.  It's coming to a close, to they're posting the entire series in a streaming format as a lead-up to the finale, so that people have a chance to run through everything again.  Like '24', 'The Killing' is told in serial form, and the entire first season is a long story arc with one murder case.   It's supposed to be good.

But that's not why I'm here.

I like this hand-written, scanned, encapsulated, mailed format a lot.  It's only 55,000 bytes to transmit about 24 letters.  how decadent is THAT?  It's awesome!  It's baroque.  It's a needless anachronism.

I want it.  Now, how to make my handwriting NOT look like ass?

and yes, I leave myself notes in the second person imperative. It's a little Leonard Shelby, but I've done it for years.

And, like Leonard, I know I can trust it because I wrote it. ;-)
