I wish I had enough money for one of his masterpieces, but then I'd have to almost take up cooking professionally, because it'd be a waste of (a lot of) money otherwise! Considering how little skill I have with cooking, and how often I'd cut myself with this ridiculously sharp thing, it's best I do what I do and leave the craftman and his customers to do what they do.
But look at that and tell me you wouldn't want to cook dinner with one of those things. Or maybe just go cuttin' potatoes all day.
